(As seen in “The Advocate”) Baltimore County Bar Association looks to usher in a new generation.

Newly-appointed Baltimore County Bar Association President Ed Gilliss began his tenure on the Executive Council during a time of uncertainty, similar in many ways to the one the country now faces. President Gilliss’ first year on the Council is a year that is universally remembered for the terrorist attacks on September 11th.

The turmoil and uncertainty launched by the tragedy had a ripple effect throughout lives and businesses that can still be seen today. Ten years later, Gilliss looks back at the year as a means in which to measure the future.
